These earrings feature Agate Geodes with the mesmerizing patterns that are the unique signature of these semi-precious stones, mimicking the extraordinary patterns of Ascidians I found at 30m depths off Komodo Island in Indonesia.

I do have a thing for Agate Geodes - the knowledge that every one of them is a freshly opened time capsule of an extensive geologic process of crystallisation. In these case the core is still open and not fully crystallised, adding to its unique story.

My attempt to interpret these stunning creatures with semi-precious stones led me to Period, Green Onyx & Agates, set into a 22k gold- plated base!
